I had little experience working with children before starting at TASC. I have co-coached the junior roller derby team in Boulder but never worked with children outside of that experience. This job has taught me patience and the joy of working with children. Vincent Van Gogh said, “What would life be if we had no courage to attempt anything?”, which has guided me through most of my adult life. Outside of work, I play roller derby with the Boulder County Bombers as a blocker. When I’m not found on eight wheels or at work, I’m normally with my dog, Noodle.
