Staff are expected to be willing to learn about client profiles/ages they have not had previous experience with. If you have a specific reason you cannot work with a certain age group or client profile (e.g. physical limitations, history of trauma, etc.), you must discuss this with the Clinical Director or a 7D Partner to be approved to work with restrictions.
